And giving you the chance to actually start reducing your footprint from before production until after end of life. Your impact is made by your product.

The eight nxtile steps:
1) Pre consumer fiber ‘waste’ is collected from factories.
2) The waste is selected (how and why?) and goes through a cleaning process (how and why? non toxic? water?)
3) The fibers are opened (how and why?)
4) Then carded.

6) The cotton fibers are spun into nxtile yarn.
7) Then the nxtile yarn is knit into the fabric of your eco-conscious product.
8) After the products’ lifespan, the product is brought back into the cycle. Starting at 2), but no longer considered as ‘waste’ 😉

With regenerating waste into a viable source you seriously reduce your claim on nature’s sources: cotton, water, land and breathable air.
Manufacture clean
Using nxtile minimizes your claim on ‘dirty’ production of cotton yarn. Most harmful processes have already been executed. The successive processes are performed clean and harmless.
Reclaim
With reclaiming the product after end of life you help creating a viable source for the production of new yarn into clean cotton.
